Yesterday we headed over to my sister's house for a day of outdoors fun.


We started with Aaron and Mike replacing some shutters, and continued with some egg dyeing.


The older three finished up quickly and moved on to making mud.  They ran around together all day and had so much fun.

Na helped Joshua dye an egg.  He was very interested in it and his egg was dipped in many colors.

A blog I read recommended using a wisk to dye eggs.  It was the best egg dyeing idea ever.


You wouldn't believe the week my sister has had, ridiculously hard.  And yet she was such a blessing to my children. To quote her view on our day, "It's nice to live in the now and not worry about the future for a moment."

Any day of Easter fun wouldn't be complete without an egg hunt.
