Sarah is talkative and very creative. She loves telling you about anything she's doing, we often joke that she is providing the commentary for whatever is going on in her life. Sarah is always coming up with different creative stories and silly jokes.
One of the neatest things about Sarah is her love for the Bible and singing about Jesus. She often acts out Bible stories and loves any books about Bible stories. Sarah loves to sing worship songs which is pretty much all we listen too. Every week we pick her up from Sunday school (on Saturday night) and she tells us all about whatever story she had that week. I can't wait to see what she learns this year in cubbies and school.
Sarah is very much a student at heart. She loves to learn how to read, and homeschooling time is her favorite time of the day. She always asks what we are learning about next and gets excited. She can currently read all short vowel words and has many sight words memorized. She is also counting well and can count up to 100 and read numbers up to 100. When told that we were going to the playground a few weeks ago, she complained that she would much rather stay at home and do school than go to a playground. She did agree to go to the playground when I explained to her how much Jeremiah loves playgrounds and that we were going for him.
There is never a dull moment with Sarah around. She is very dramatic, whether it is excitement over whatever she gets to do, or disappointment if things don't go her way. She loves her brothers and brings much joy to their lives. Jeremiah goes along with her creative games, and Joshua is always there to smile at her silly faces.
happy birthday to Sarah!!! I look forward to meeting her, and I know ELi would love to play with her :)
