Seven Months

Joshua is 7 months old. He has turned into a very active little guy, crawling all over the place. He can now get himself into a sitting position and pull himself up to sitting on his knees and is trying to clap. He also smiles whenever he sees a camera.

This past month has had a lot more crying for Joshua than the previous. Between teeth (he has 6), bumps, and some recent sleeping issues, he hasn't been so happy.

In the past few days Joshua really descovered that he can make noise and loves to screech. He still isn't babbling, but he likes to blow air out of his mouth and make a booo sound.

Joshua also loves food, and hasn't met a food he didn't like. He picks up and eats his own cheerios, which is very helpful when I'm tending to Sarah or Jeremiah. He is enjoying babyfood once a day, and eating whatever food I think he can mush enough to eat (including peas, bread, and peaches).

Joshua still loves cuddling and kisses from his parents and siblings. When Joshua is tired he likes to bury his head into me in a snuggly way.

Oh, and since his appointment was a little late, at his six month appointment, Joshua weighed 19lbs 11oz and was 28.25 inches. He's about the same weight as Jeremiah was, but an inch longer.
