Because he loves her

he took time to build Sarah a balance beam.

Last year during the Olympics Sarah loved to watch the gymnasts on the balance beam. Last night in the car (we spent a lot of time in the car yesterday) she asked if we could build her a balance beam. Sarah and I spent a long time talking about what it would look like, how high it would be and if Daddy could do it. This morning, right after breakfast, they got to work. It was a quick project and hopefully it will be enjoyed for a while.
