We're trying to make the most of it.
It has been a nice excuse to have a fire going.
Friends and family have offered us places to stay.
But with three kids it is hard to move out for a few days.
We have blankets, a fire place, a space heater, hot water.
For now we are good
wow, that is crazy, especially since the temperatures dropped. If your fireplace is anything like what we had growing up, it heated our whole living room like an oven, so we sometimes would just huddled down in front of it with sleeping bags... praying it gets on soon!
