My little baby is six months today. I guess he's not so little. He's around 19lbs. The first thing anyone notices about Joshua is his chubby thighs. He is also quiet and content, more serious than his siblings. Joshua is my first baby to love his pacifier more than his thumbs. He loves any attention from Sarah and Jeremiah, and will play on his tummy for an extended period of time as long as they are in the same room as him. Joshua is still nursing well and is finally past a biting phase. He is eating a small amount of rice cereal, but hasn't even tasted any other baby food. He has gotten tiny tastes of cookies, bread, cake, peas, and ice cream (bad Mommy), which he likes. For me Joshua continues to be a gift from God to deal with difficult times. I am so blessed to have him to cuddle after a rough day.

Happy half-birthday! We make a big deal of those for kiddos, too! A little cake and ice cream never hurt a baby :)
