Today when Aaron came home from work we put our tent up in the living room (thanks Courtney for the idea). It took a little work to convince Sarah and Jeremiah that they could not fill the tent with all their toy. Anyone who has watched Sarah play knows that she loves to get toys (stuffed animals, cars, books, whatever she can get her hands on) and pile them in one location. A mess that takes 10 minutes to create can take hours to clean up. Thankfully she was convinced and we were able to actually enjoy the tent.
Sarah and Jeremiah ran in and out of the tent, laughing. We played board games and did our best to restrain Joshua from getting all the little pieces. We played hide and seek, using the tent for counting and hiding. Joshua even enjoyed the tent, laying on his back laughing smiling and kicking his legs. Much fun was had by all.
